  • What are your rates?
    The daily rate depends on how many days you keep the convertible and what type of convertible you want. Click here for pricing information
  • Do you offer car insurance / protection?
    Yes, we offer three payment options for a CDW: $20 per day with a $2,000 deductible. $40 per day with a $1,000 deductible. $60 per day NO deductible. (only 25y +) Our CDW protects against collision, damage and / or theft. You can purchase it while making your reservation online, or at the time of pick up. Please know that most credit cards provide car rental protection so you might not need to purchase our insurance after all. Call your credit card company and ask about this benefit. If your driver's license is from the US, and you are using your own coverage please make sure it's full protection and that it transfers to car rentals. We will validate prior to your pick up date. Your deductible might also be more depending on your coverage.
  • Where do I pick up my convertible?
    When booking you have several options for pick up. You can choose to pick up from different pick up locations: at the Miami International Airport, Downtown / Port of Miami Cruises, Fort Lauderdale Airport or Miami Beach. Our pick up locations are only opened for customers with paid reservations. Please call or email with at least two days prior to your pick up to coordinate Hotel delivery.
  • Can I pick up after business hours?
    Yes. You can pick up after business hours directly at any location. Please contact us to coordinate with at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Can I return after business hours?
    Yes, our garage in Miami Beach is open 24 hours 7 days a week for returns. Please contact us for details.
  • What are your office hours
    Our pick up locations are only open to customers with paid reservations. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm. And during the weekends 8:00am - 12:00pm. If you need assistance we have customer service Monday-Sunday from 8:00am - 8:00pm. We also offer a convenient self-service option for after hours pick up at any location.
  • Can you deliver the vehicle outside Miami Beach?
    Depending on the location we can deliver the vehicle for a fee $. Call us for details.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup / delivery time you will receive a full refund, if you cancel or modify your reservation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time/ delivery date a cancellation / change fee may apply. Once the vehicle is rented there are no refunds or credits for unused rental days. If you want to cancel or change your reservation, please call us at 3057997892
  • Besides the rates, are there any extra charges I should know about?
    You are responsible for tolls and fuel. There are other charges for negligent behavior that you might be subject to, such as lost keys, interior damage etc., that will be explained at the time of pick up.
  • Is fuel included with the rental fee?
    No, fuel is your responsibility. We have a full to full policy which means you need to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned at the same level, we will charge against the security deposit. You have the option to prepay for fuel. Once you start the booking process you will be able to check this option and see pricing. This means that you won't need to refill the tank before returning it.
  • Is there a security deposit?
    Yes, depending on the type of convertible that you rent and your age, we will hold a refundable security deposit $100-$1000. The security deposit will be processed during pick up. US drivers using their own collision coverage will be charged a security deposit depending on their own coverage and deductibles. Please call for details.
  • I don't have a credit card, do you accept any other type of payment?
    If your drivers license is from the US, we CAN NOT take any other form of payment besides a major credit card. We don't accept debit cards, prepaid cards, nor e-checks). There are certain countries that have credit limitations, if you are coming from one of these countries we can work a different type of payment with you, please call us for details.
  • What are your requirements to rent a convertible?
    US drivers: 1. Valid driver's license 2. Credit card (NO DEBIT CARDS/ PREPAID CARDS) 3. Proof of full car coverage that transfers to car rentals (if you are using your own CDW) International drivers: 1. Valid driver's license form your home country. 2. Credit card and or debit card (depends on your country of residence and their credit registration, please ask for specific details) 3. Original passport.
  • Can I rent a convertible if I am under 21?
    No, to rent a standard convertible you must be at least 21 years of age and at least 25 years of age to rent a V8.
  • Where can I read reviews about your company?

  • Can I pick up a color I want?
    No, we can't commit to reserve a certain color. If available, we will try to accommodate your request but CAN'T guarantee a specific color. Please call a representative for details.
  • Can I see pictures of the cars you have available?
    We have the largest selection of convertible vehicles in Miami. If you want to see pictures of the vehicles please check our Instagram & Facebook.
  • Are there any mileage restrictions?
    Depends on the vehicle you rent. Please read the description in each vehicle as we have Mustang rates with limited mileage and other rates with unlimited mileage. All standard convertibles such as Mustangs, Camaros and Jeep Wranglers include unlimited mileage. All V8s have daily mileage restrictions (Mustang GT and Camaro SS: 150 miles / day) Regardless of mileage limitation please know that NONE OF OUR VEHICLES CAN LEAVE THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
  • How many suitcases can I fit in the trunk of a Mustang Convertible?
    You can fit 1 large suitcase and 1 small carryon. If you have additional luggage you may be able to use the back seats also. Here is a video that shows you exactly how much you can fit in the trunk of a Mustang Convertible Watch video
  • Do the cars come with a SunPass device to pay for tolls?
    Yes, all of our vehicles come with a SunPass. A SunPass is the electronic Prepaid Toll Program operated by Florida's Turnpike Enterprise under the Florida Department of Transportation. So you don't need to worry about carrying cash, or even stopping to pay for tolls. We will charge you AT COST for the tolls you used while renting one of our vehicles and will be charged against the security deposit. You will see the total charge in your final receipt. You also have the option to prepay for tolls. Once you start the booking process you will have the chance to check this option and see pricing based on the number of days you are renting the vehicle.
  • Can I use my own SunPass device?
    No, our SunPass devices are embeded to each vehicle so there is no alternative. If you use your own device you will pay twice for the same toll as there is no way we can deactivate our device.
  • Can I schedule a pick up before your opening hours?
    Yes, for an extra fee you can, if needed, pick up a vehicle or have it delivered before the office is opened at 7:00am

  • What should I do if I'm involved in an accident?
    Always call the police 911. If someone is injured please request medical assistance. if there is fire involved please request aid from the fire department. Stay in the scene until police arrive. Your contract (rental agreement) will have all the necessary information the police needs to search for the vehicles registration information. Always request a police report as this will be needed for insurance claims. Call your Miami Convertibles agent and report the accident as soon as possible.
  • I got a flat tire, what do I do?
    Roadside services are provided by the manufacturer's roadside services and is not covered by the insurance. Any flat tires, batteries, or roadside needs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your Miami Convertible's representative for assistance.
  • How do I get in contact with a representative?

  • When will I receive my security deposit back?
    We release the security deposit as soon as you return the vehicle. If you return the vehicle during business hours, we will collect all the vehicle information and release back the security deposit minus any incidentals such as tolls, fuel, infractions etc. that same day. If you return your vehicle after business hours, we will collect the vehicle information the next morning and close your contract. You will receive an email with the final receipt which is your confirmation that we have closed your contract and release or refund any pending deposits.
  • What if I receive a parking ticket during my rental?
    Before we close your contract please let us know and we will pay the infraction against the security deposit. Please make sure to notify us immediately in order to avoid paying for late fees and other fees if not payed on time.
  • What if I receive a traffic violation?
    Renters are responsible for paying any and all fines for parking, towing, red light, speeding etc. throughout the duration of the rental. Please make sure to notify any violation to your Miami Convertibles representative. Any unpaid violations will result in the renter being assessed an additional 100% processing fees above the original fee. Some moving / traffic violations are received by camera after 30 days. If we do, we will collect from the renter any necessary fees to pay the fines in full.
  • When will I get my security deposit back?
    Miami Convertibles releases the pending security deposits the same day or the following day after the vehicle is returned. Please check with your bank as some banks take 1 - 7 days to process the release of any pending payments. if you have any questions we will always be happy to answer any of your concerns via phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • I want to rent again, what do I do?
    We love to see our repeat customers. Please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or email and we will work on your reservation. Repeat customers always have special perks and discounts.

    Any items left behind by our customers are found by our cleaning crew every morning and placed in the lost and found box in our main office. Please make sure to call us.
